Fall For The One That Makes You Smile.

This time of year does not only represent the gentle reminder that winter is coming...Fall represents warm sweaters, hot lattes and apple cider, it reminds us of family memories, hiking in a forest of changing colors, and laughing around a warm fire. In Canada you must choose to make the most of every season because before you know it, it's gone. That's why this Fall we would like to share some fun new recipes to try out in your restaurant, café, home, or anywhere your heart desires! Cinnamon Apple Mule 


  • 45 ml vodka
  • 15 ml granny smith apple fruit puree
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 30 ml cranberry juice
  • dash(es) cinnamon
  • Fill with ginger beer

    Glass: Copper mug
    Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, mint, apple slice
    1. Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
    2. Cap and shake vigorously.
    3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
    4. Top with sparkling beverage.
    5. Garnish.


    Hot Buttered Pecan Cinnamon Toddy


  • 20 ml Monin Butter Pecan Syrup
  • 45 ml Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 15 ml cinnamon flavored whiskey
  • 1 ea. lemon wedge squeezed
  • 205 ml hot water

    Glass: Mazagran / Latté glass / Toddy glass
    Garnish: lemon wheel
    1. Combine and warm ingredients together.
    2. Pour in serving glass or cup.
    3. Garnish and serve.


    Hot Cinnamon Roll Latte


  • 15 ml Monin Caramel Syrup
  • 30 ml Monin Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 shot Iconic Café Italiano espresso
  • Fill with steamed half & half milk

    Glass: Mug
    Garnish: Cinnamon Powder, MONIN caramel topping Sauce, Whipped Cream
    1. Combine ingredients, except milk, in serving cup.
    2. Stir and set aside.
    3. Steam milk in pitcher.
    4. Pour steamed milk into serving cup, stirring gently.
    5. Garnish.


    Caramel Apple Milkshake


  • 30 ml Monin Caramel Apple Butter Syrup
  • 15 ml Monin Cinnamon Syrup
  • 60 ml milk
  • 4 scoop(s) ice cream

    Garnish: cinnamon sugar, Whipped Cream
    1. Combine all ingredients in blender
    2. Blend until smooth (or till it has reached desired consistency)

    Cinnamon Peach Iced Tea



    Glass: Tall/Pint
    Garnish: Lemon Peel, Wheel or Wedge, Mint Sprig, peach slice(s)

    1. Fill serving glass with ice.
    2. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
    3. Roll to mix from serving glass to other glass and back.
    4. Garnish.
