CPS Twist is equipped with a teflon disc that rotates 30° during the pressing and during the release. The advantages of using such technique are a more progressive pressing, a more homogeneous distribution of the pressure and a perfect levelling of the surface. Thanks to the teflon disc, there are no coffee residuals on it after the pressing.
