The BWT Filter Head with Flush Valve is designed to work alongside the BWT bestmax Premium M Cartridge and all other sizes of the Bestmax Premium cartridges. Together, these function as a quick and easy solution to improve water quality for coffee brewing, whether for your home or for commercial applications. The Filter Head allows the water to enter and exit the cartridge, while the Flush Valve allows you to easily replace cartridges and to purge the first few gallons of each one. Purging will remove resin, so the water will be brownish; but rest assured that it will not enter your equipment. After the cartridge has been fully used up, it can easily be replaced without having to repurchase the BWT Filter Head with Flush Valve.
