Where did the day go? It’s almost dinner time but I’m not done yet. As I think of the plantation in the Caribbean a Strawberry Banana Smoothie winks at me. The refreshing flavour of real fruit and an ice cold glass sound like the only solution to the next hours tasks. As the smoothie trickles down my throat it reminds me of the privileges that we enjoy and somehow I can’t help feeling just a little spoiled…
